How to Get There

Centrally located in the Mombasa city centre and 25 minutes' drive away from Moi Airport. Fort Jesus is only 1 km away and the Mombasa Golf Club is 3 km from the hotel. The hotel is located in town within walking distance of many of the city’s attractions such as the famous Fort Jesus which is barely a kilometer away. International flights fly into Moi International Airport, Mombasa. Transfers from the airport to Sentrim Royal Castle Hotel take 25 minutes and cover 13 km. Distance from Nairobi to Mombasa is 45 minutes by air transfer and a drive from Nairobi to Castle Royal Hotel takes 5½ hours.

All reservations made through our booking engine are subject to availability and confirmation.

No Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a "No Show," and the entire reservation amount will be charged.

Payment Policy

The full payment is due upon check-in unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 12 PM, and check-out time is 10AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
At check in, as a legal requirement, a valid picture ID/Passport is required.
No pets allowed in the hotel.
