How to Get There

Tourists can access the Sentrim Mara camp by both road and flight/air. By road, tourists can drive from Nairobi via Narok and then proceed to the Sentrim Mara camp. There are also flights which are available for tourists staying at the Sentrim Mara camp which is proceeded by a drive to the camp from the airstrip.

Flights to the Maasai Mara game reserve take off at the Wilson airport in Nairobi. Within 40 minutes guests will land at the Ol Kiombo Airstrip before being picked up and transferred to Sentrim Mara.

Terms and Conditions

Reservation Policy
All reservations made through our booking engine are subject to availability and confirmation.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Booking Confirmation
A valid email address and contact number are required for confirmation purposes.
Upon successful booking, guests will receive a confirmation email with reservation details.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy applies based on Rate plan.

No Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a "No Show," and the entire reservation amount will be charged.

Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
The full payment is due upon check-in unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 12 PM, and check-out time is 10AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
At check in, as a legal requirement, a valid picture ID/Passport is required.
No pets allowed in the hotel.

Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

Privacy Policy
Guest information collected during the reservation process will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

Force Majeure
The hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation.
